Arrive 10 minutes early

Late arrivals will result in reduced service time (your session will still end at the originally scheduled time) to avoid delays for the next client.

If you are late, especially for services like waxing or ear seeds, your appointment may need to be cancelled or shortened to accommodate the schedule.

The full service fee will still be charged for late arrivals.

Full service charge for no-call or no-shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice, or who do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and no-call, no-shows will incur a full appointment fee.

Right to Refuse Service

JKC Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate behavior, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or fails to respect spa policies and staff.

Every purchase is final
